COVID-19: Information for our global test taker community

The IELTS Partners are committed to protecting the health of our test takers, while also trying to minimise disruption to life-changing opportunities for international higher education and migration.

In the vast majority of locations, IELTS testing is going ahead, with additional precautions in place to help protect the health of test takers and staff.

In particular, we ask test takers not to attend an IELTS test if they have been in contact with anybody suspected to have been exposed to novel coronavirus (COVID-19), or who have a cough, fever or are showing signs of being short of breath. Additional requirements may apply depending on the region where you are taking the test. Test takers may contact our teams to discuss options for transferring to a later date or refunds.

In some locations, we have had to suspend IELTS testing in line with official requirements of healthcare authorities.

In these locations, we are putting detailed plans in place to ensure that test takers are able to take their tests as soon as possible once the official restrictions are removed.

The number of organisations accepting IELTS (International English Language Testing System) results has reached 10,000, cementing the test’s position as the world’s leading English language test for education and global migration purposes.

Global recognition is one of the reasons why the number of people taking IELTS continues to grow, with 2.9 million tests taken in 2016.

The growth in recognising organisations – which include universities, schools, employers, immigration authorities and professional bodies – is an indication of how these bodies trust and value IELTS results as a secure, valid and reliable indication of a test taker’s English language proficiency.

James Shipton, Head of IELTS at the British Council, said: “The world-leading expertise of the three IELTS partners delivers ever-higher standards in test development and delivery, to ensure that IELTS continues to meet the needs of our customers worldwide.”

More than three million International English Language Testing System (IELTS) tests were taken in the past year, reflecting the growing importance of the world’s leading test of English for international higher education and migration.

IELTS is the most widely used test of English for migration to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK. It is recognised by more than 10,000 universities, schools, employers and immigration bodies, including all universities in Australia and the UK and many of the leading institutions in the USA.

Established in 1989, and jointly owned by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English, IELTS is now a household name in many countries around the world.

بهترین مدارک زبان مورد نیاز برای مهاجرت و تحصیل در استرالیا آیلتس است چرا که یکی از متولیان اصلی آزمون آیلتس استرالیا میباشد

International English Language Testing System یا همان IELTS امتحانی است که در آن توانایی شما در 4 مهارت Speaking, Writing, Listening و Reading مورد ارزیابی قرار می گیرد. این امتحان نسبتا سخت، در بیشتر موارد از بزرگترین موانع بر سر راه عزیزانی است که قصد مهاجرت به کشورهای انگلیسی زبان را دارند که البته با تلاش و جدیت شما می توانید در این آزمون موفق گردید.

متاسفانه بسیاری از دوستان بعد از اینکه نمره لازم را برای گرفتن Assessment و یا ارسال Application اخذ می کنندآنرا کنار می گذراند غافل از اینکه نمره ILETS (حتی اگر شما نمره 7 داشته.) معیار مناسبی برای خوب بودن زبان شما نیست.

این آزمون از 9 نمره می باشد و در دو مودال (سطح) آکادمیک و جنرال می باشد.

حداقل نمره IELTS برای افراد مختلف به شرح ذیل می باشد.

سئوالات متداول:

1. آیا برای شروع پروسه مهاجرت بنده به IELTS نیاز دارم؟

پروسه مهاجرت 4 فاز اصلی دارد.

فاز اول: بررسی مدارک تحصیلی و کاری

فاز دوم: ارسال مدارک به DIAC

فاز سوم: انجام آزمایشات پزشکی

فاز چهارم: دریافت ویزا

مهندسین کامپیوتر، بچه های فنی و حرفه ایی و همه رشته هایی که بررسی مدارکشان توسط Vetassess می باشد برای فاز اول به IELTS نیاز ندارند ولی برای فاز دوم و ارسال مدارک حتما به IETLS نیاز دارند. توجه داشته باشید فاز اول حداکثر 3 ماه خواهد بود و شما در نهایت به ILETS نیاز خواهید داشت. بهتر است شما پروسه مهاجرت خود را 4 ماه قبل از امتحان IELTS شروع کنید.

2. من تا الان 3 بار امتحان IELTS دادم و هر بار یک نمره زیر 6 گرفتم. آیا نمرات 6 من یکدیگر را همپوشانی کنند و نمره OVERALL من هم 6 باشد می توانم اقدام کنم؟

خیر. همپوشانی نمرات فقط برای مهندسینی که می خواهند توسط Engineers Australia اسسمنت شوند کارساز خواهد بود و آن هم فقط در فاز اول. در فاز دوم و برای ارسال به DIAC اگر شما 15 بار هم امتحان IELTS داده باشید و هربار یک نمره زیر 6 داشته باشید متاسفانه باید برای بار 16 امتحان IELTS داده و در هر 4 باند حداقل نمره 6 داشته باشید.

تنها زمانیکه شما برای ویزای اسپانسرشیپ ایالتی Subclass 475اقدام کنید می توانید Overall 6 داشته باشید. (یعنی یک و یا چند نمره شما می تواند زیر 6 باشد اما Overall باید 6 باشد.)

3. آیا بنده هیچ محدودیت زمانی برای ارایه IELTS دارم؟

به جز مهندسین کامپیوتر که اسسمنت مدارک آنها برای یکسال اعتبار دارد و باید سعی کنند در این مدت زمان IELTS خود را آماده کنند (وگرنه مجبور می شوند بعد از گذشت یکسال مجددا برای اسسمنت اقدام کنند) بقیه افراد هیچ محدودیت زمانی برای ارائه IELTS نخواهند داشت.

4. اعتبار زمانی ILETS چند مدت است؟

هر بار که شما امتحان می دهید نتیجه آن تا 2 سال اعتبار دارد.

5. آیا همسر بنده نیز به ILETS نیاز دارد؟

الف: اگر شما برای کسب 120 امتیاز به 5 امتیاز همسر نیاز دارید بله.

برای اینکه شما 5 امتیاز همسر را کسب کنید، همسر شما باید:

زیر 45 سال باشد.
مدرک تحصیلی ایشان توسط مرجع مربوطه بررسی شده و جواب مثبت گرفته باشد
نمره IELTS داشته باشد.

سئوال اصلی در اینجا این است که چه نمره. این کاملا به مرجع بررسی کننده مدارک بستگی دارد. که در جدول بالا توضیح دادیم. نکته اینجاست که اگر حتی مرجع بررسی کننده مدارک به IELTS نیاز نداشته باشد شما برای اینکه 5 امتیاز همسر را بدست آورید باز هم به حداقل IELTS 4.5 نیاز خواهند داشت.

ب: اگر برای کسب 120 امتیاز به امتیاز همسرتان نیاز نداشته باشید 2 گزینه دارید:

ارائه IELTS 4.5 برای همسر (شما حداقل یکسال فرصت خواهید داشت)
پرداخت 3510 دلار استرالیا (در تاریخ 30 مهرماه 1388) بابت 510 ساعت کلاس زبان که در استرالیا برای همسرتان برگزار می شود.

باز هم اکیدا به شما توصیه می کنیم قضیه زبان را بسیار جدی بگیرید و به IELTS بسنده نکنید. زبان قوی در اینجا برای شما و همراهانتان بسیار حیاتی و اساسی است.
